DiversyFund: Real Estate Investing for Average Joes and Janes + $100 Credit!

DiversyFund's pitch: "DiversyFund opens opportunities for the everyday investor to access high value private real estate investing through its non-traded REIT (real estate investment trust).  Protect yourself from market volatility and adopt the trusted investing strategies of the wealthy. Access private market real estate Diversify from stock markets Institutional-grade investing made easy 24/7 access through one easy platform" I can't say if this is right for you. Ibotta info: Ibotta is a cash back rewards app that I use to get cash back or even make money when I go grocery shopping as well as sometimes when I make online purchases, etc. For grocery shopping, I have a quick peek in the app whenever I'm in a store and looking to see what I can use it to get free or at least discou...
