Ibotta: Free Groceries, Deep Discounts, and Cash Back

Well, I just got home from another amusing Walmart shop with nearly as much money as I left with! (See photo below.) I feel like it keeps getting harder to get rid of my money. 😂 While that's not a problem I'm currently seeking help to resolve, I'm always happy to help anyone who'd like to be able to relate! In this particular instance, I just used ibotta to get a bunch of things I'd never pay retail for for free or cheap. Of course, I also used lots of other receipt-scanning apps and a cash back credit card as well, making this little haul borderline profitable — and the hubby did the same for double the fun — but one thing at a time!

Ibotta info: Ibotta is a cash back rewards app that I use to get cash back or even make money when I go grocery shopping as well as sometimes when I make online purchases, etc. For grocery shopping, I have a quick peek in the app whenever I'm in a store and looking to see what I can use it to get free or at least discounted. The best deals are typically quick to find in the app. From there, just buy the item(s), scan the receipt, and your account gets credited. $20 minimum to cash out to your bank account or PayPal, but I got $14.17 back from my last receipt alone, and I believe the welcome bonus is already $10 or $20 of that when you scan your first receipt.
